Position: Office Assistant
Location: Rocky Hill
Rate of pay: $14/hour
Job Details: Seeking a very competent phone handler with administrative experience as a secretary or office assistant. Multiphone experience and good interpersonal skills are a plus!
The responsibilities of this candidate might include but not be limited to:
-Answering high call volume on multi line phones
-Directing calls to the appropriate parties
-Calendaring events and meetings
-Filing and other administrative tasks
-Ability to trouble shoot and multi-task
-Taking memos
-General office upkeep
