Lets face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial working out can be lots of things, but it's never been known to be much fun UNTIL NOW! You don't need to be a dancer or even coordinated to jump into a Zumba class. I am one of 40,000 Zumba instructors world-wide. It is off the charts popular because not only is it a fantastic workout (400-800 cal. burn per class), anyone can do it!

Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Classes are $6 drop-in No need to pay any extra enrollment or sign-up fees! Classes are on going. No start and stop dates.

Tuesday 9:00-10:00am West Hartford Center location- 11 South Main St.
Thursday 7:00-7:45pm West Hartford Center location- 11 South Main St.
Saturday 8:30-9:30am Bishops Corner location
Sunday 4:00-5:00pm West Hartford Center location
