Job Title: Appointment Communication Distributor

Temp and Non-Exempt (hourly)
Job Summary (Briefly describe what the position was created to accomplish.)
Get route sheet in the morning from Manager.
Drive UPA vehicle to locations on route sheet.
Park vehicle on street as indicated by the safety guidelines of UPA.
Take flyers and place one on the location’s door which will distribute the flyer.
Continue with the distribution process and complete the route sheet.
Answer any questions about the appointment that may be asked by the utility customer/resident.
Return to the UPA warehouse and report to supervisor.

 Major Responsibilities/Activities
Distribute flyers that tell utility customers that they need to call UPA to make an appointment to come have their water meter upgraded to AMR technology.

Minimum Requirements
(Include education, experience, special skills and licenses or certifications required.)
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must pass Drug Test
• Must pass Criminal Background Check
• Ability to walk 90% of the day.
• Good customer service skills in case the resident inquires about UPA and what the appointment is regarding.

Pay range: $10 per hr

Hours required to Work (for example, 7 am to 4 pm, 1 hr lunch):
8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm; 1 hr lunch
Days required to Work (for example, Mon- Fri)
