Georgiana is a beautiful black lab, blue lacy mix female who is estimated to be about 3 years old. She is medium sized, and about 38 pounds. Her eyes are a dep orange, and her sleek fur is like glistening obsidian in the sunlight. With muscles of steel and sleek, athletic prowess, Georgiana is the juxtaposition of power and gentleness. Georgiana spent a year of her life, living on her own, abandoned on a deer hunting lease deep in the Texas Hill Country. Now, she enjoys the finer things in life, like eating delicious, regular meals, going for long walks, riding in the car, and sleeping with her foster mom on a soft, plush comfortable bed. Ever so gently, almost like the touch of a feather, she takes a treat from her human hand. She pulls her lips back to expose a wide, silly, submissive grin, a learned behavior from humans. Her topaz eyes gaze up in gratefulness as she relishes every pat and stroke, blissfully happy to be part of a family. She will faithfully protect and love the humans who choose her for many years to come.
