solid poured foundation , good drilled well and sepic system , framing and roof solid , interior needs to be done over. Walk out the back door and over the hill to the main southwest miramichi and flyfish salmon in one of the best public open pools on the river. Across from the black brook salmon club just below the mouth of the cains river . Great bear , whitetail , moose and grouse hunting. Main groomed snowmobile trail just minutes away . What a spot for the fly fisherman . great grandfather built house, deed is good and clear . this is in howard, new brunswick, canada . This is the best area on the miramichi to fly fish just down from the cains river . I will have pics latter in the week .
