Crash bar, crash bars, don't know what they fit, might be from a Honda but who knows anything is possible. They measure 28 & 1/2" horrizontally and 14 & 1/2" vertically.

Honda handle bars. There's a number on the label (see pics), maybe a part number, I don't know. It's 53100 424 700.

The handle bar measures 28" wide at the end of the grip areas and has a rise of 9". They look to be unused but have some very light surface rust in a couple spots from hanging around. They are in plastic but it's open on the end. I'm pretty sure chrome polish will remove the rust, it's really no big deal but it is there.
