Roofing or sheet metal holder, cutter and roller, see pics. This tool will hold rolled roofing materials or sheet metal and serve to roll and unroll it and when blades are attached it will cut or score these materials lenghtwise as well. There are many slots for blades so you can cut several strips at once. Uses regular blades for a sheetrock knife. Very handy tool, $20. Buy this one and get the tool below for free.

The other item I believe is a roofing tool or equipment but it could have other uses as well. If you know what it is and what it's for you'll win fame and fortune, well the fortune of five minutes of fame anyway... I think it's used in rubber roofing, perhaps for primer? It has wheels and rollers on the bottom and a plastic canister. If you'd like to buy this tool separately $5 takes it.
